Painting, Coffee and Planners Oh My

I think I'll give the blogging thing another try. I've gotten into a few new things since I last posted a long long looooong time ago..

I started doing more painting and do parties for people as a hobby. I've really enjoyed learning how to paint, I'm no artist but I enjoy it and I think I've grown in my painting with time.

My friend here in town that owns the flower shop started selling coffee  this spring in her shop (like good coffee not like coffee pot coffee) so while she tried to figure out how exactly to make it I got hooked on lattes. That made me decide I needed an espresso machine. I've totally gotten into making fun coffee drinks and have even made my own coffee flavor syrups. After a few months with my espresso machine I was messing around on Facebook and a friend had a machine for sale for $25, this was a machine that was all automatic it grinds and tamps the beans on its own all I have to do is push a button. Yes I bought that machine and now have two espresso machines in my house.... Oh well. In my defense it's a machine that when sold new is around $500 or more so seriously I would have been crazy to pass that  up.

My newest and I think by far most addicting hobby I've picked up is planning. I know I know what do you mean planning is a hobby. If you've never looked into it, go to google now and look it up. There's this whole crazy world of planners out there and let me tell you I've never gotten sucked into a hobby like this one. It started out with me buying a Happy Planner at Michael's one afternoon and has snowballed into to me now having 3 planners (Happy Planner, Recollection Planner and Heidi Swapp Memory Planner) and a home planner (I count that one separate because it's just for meal planning and cleaning totally different). I'm still getting into my own groove with this hobby and I can't wait to see where it takes me.

So that brings me back to my blog. I really enjoyed blogging before I just got lazy with it and let it slip away but I do miss it and I do think I have some good ideas to blog about, but lets face it, it just gives me one more thing to write in my planner and that's what really matters
